While attending airline flight attendant group interview events, there may be between 100-200 other flight attendant candidates. All of which are there to be selected for a one on one interview with an airline flight attendant recruiter. Not everyone who attends an airline flight attendant group interview will be selected for a one on one interview. In addition, out of the 100-200 flight attendant candidates, only 10-15 will actually be invited to attend the 4-8 week initial flight attendant training. Being prepared and doing your homework on that airline, is very important. Especially, if you are selected for a one on one interview with an airline flight attendant recruiter.
